HR & GA Supervisor Bekasi (Jawa Barat) - Marunda
Requirements:
Male, age between 30 40 years old
Bachelor degree (S1), preferable from Psychology or Law
Computer literacy is a must (Ms. Office and email)
Can work independently or in a team
Hardworking, detail oriented, able to work under pressure and proactive
Ability to work multitasking, fast response and great communication skills
Willing to be placed at Marunda (Bekasi)
Specific Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years extensive and relevant experience in Human Resources and General Affairs from large Manufacturing Industry
Excellent understanding in HR and Development area : Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, Jamsostek, Medical Insurance, HR legal aspect, Industrial Relations, Training and strong understanding in Indonesian Labor Regulations
Having knowledge and skill in GA area : building maintenance, stationary stock, transportation, maintaining company assets and purchasing
Having strong leadership and communication skill to interact with all level employee
Having good skill and experience in interview technique (BEI/ BEI)
Ability to deal and negotiate with employee, labor union and to give counseling and settlement employee dispute
Having knowledge with ISO 9001, ISO 22000 is a plus point
